Pest control across Wenley since 2011

Pests sorted properly, often the same day.

Rats in the loft, wasps at the eaves, bed bugs after a holiday. A technician surveys, treats and seals the way in, at a fixed price with every follow-up included.

Most pests come back because nobody found the way in

Poison on its own clears the animals you have. The next ones walk in through the same gap. So every job starts with a torch and a survey: air bricks, pipe entries, the join between the extension and the old house.

6 technicians, one depot in Wenley, around 2,400 jobs a year. We would rather spend twenty minutes finding the gap than come back in January.

How we work →

From the phone call to the all-clear

Usually one to three visits, and you know the price before the first one starts.

  1. You call or book online

Tell us what you are seeing and where. We give you a price range on the phone and a time slot the same day.

  2. We survey before we treat

The technician finds the entry point, the nest or the harbourage, and confirms the fixed price before any work starts.

  3. Treatment and proofing

Treatment targeted at the source, and every gap we find sealed on the day. Proofing is included, not an extra.

  4. Follow-up until it is clear

Return visits are in the price. You get a written report when there is no more activity, and 90 days of cover after that.

Price it up before you pick up the phone

Choose the pest and the property. You get the signs to check, how it is treated, how many visits it takes, the price from and the earliest slot we can offer.

Survey and treatment, then two checks over about three weeks. Fixed price, follow-ups included.

Signs to look for

  • Scratching or scurrying in the loft, ceiling void or walls after dark
  • Droppings along skirting boards, behind the cooker or under the sink
  • Gnaw marks on cable, pipe lagging, timber or food packaging
  • A dark, greasy smear line where they run the same route every night

How we treat it

  • A full survey of the house or premises to find the entry point, not just the sightings
  • Tamper-resistant bait boxes or traps placed on the runs, out of reach of children and pets
  • Proofing of every gap we find, with wire wool, mesh and mortar, so the next lot cannot follow

Same day if booked before 1pm on a weekday

What people ask when they ring

Every question →

Rats and mice

Rats or mice, how do I tell?
Mouse droppings are the size of a grain of rice and scattered. Rat droppings are closer to a raisin, in small groups. We confirm on the survey, and the price is the same either way.
Will poison leave a smell in the walls?
It can, which is why we lean on proofing and traps inside the living space and keep bait to lofts, voids and outside runs. If an odour does appear, we come back to find and remove it at no charge.

Wasps

Do you remove the nest?
Not usually. A treated nest dies within a day and wasps do not reuse an old one. Removing it live scatters the colony. If you want it gone afterwards, we take it away on a return visit for £25.
Is it a second nest if I have two entrances?
Often not. A single nest can have more than one way in. Second and third nests at the same address on the same visit are £25 each.

Bed bugs

Do I need to throw the mattress away?
Almost never. Seams are treated and steamed, and a zipped mattress encasement keeps any survivors inside until they die. Throwing furniture out often spreads them through the stairwell.
How do I prepare the room?
We send a one-page checklist when you book. The short version is to wash bedding and clothes at 60°C, bag them, and clear the floor and under the bed so we can reach the skirting.

Cockroaches

Do I need to empty the kitchen?
No. Gel bait goes into hinges, cracks and behind appliances, not onto surfaces. Clear the cupboard under the sink and pull the fridge out if you can.
I live in a flat. Will they come back from next door?
They can, through shared pipe runs. We seal around pipe entries in your flat and, if you want, write a short note for your managing agent recommending the block is treated.

Seen something this morning? We can often come today.

Book before 13:00 on a weekday and wasps, rats, mice and cockroaches can usually be seen the same afternoon.
