These terms apply to every job Threshline Pest Defence carries out. Threshline Pest Defence Ltd, registered in England, company 00000000.

Prices

Prices on this site are from prices for a typical property. The technician confirms a fixed price after the survey and before any treatment starts. Follow-up visits needed to complete the treatment are included. Extras are listed on our prices page and agreed before they are carried out.

Payment

Payment for one-off treatments is due when the first visit is complete. Business contracts are invoiced monthly in advance and payable within 14 days.

The 90-day guarantee

If the same pest returns to the same property within 90 days of the final visit, we return at no charge, provided the advice in your job report has been followed. The guarantee does not cover new wasp nests, which are new colonies, or pests entering through building defects we have reported in writing and which have not been repaired.

Access and preparation

You agree to give us safe access to the areas we need to treat and to prepare rooms as described in the preparation sheet we send. If a visit cannot go ahead because access or preparation was not possible, we may charge a £45 call-out fee.

Cancellations

You can cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the visit. Business contracts have a 12-month minimum term and then roll monthly with 30 days' notice.
