Quotes are given after a survey and hold for 30 days. Treatments are carried out to BPCA codes of practice, and follow-up visits within a treatment programme are included where stated in your quote.

Because reinfestation depends on conditions we do not control — proofing left undone, a new source, or a neighbouring property — any guarantee applies only where the recommended proofing and follow-ups have been completed.

Payment terms, cancellation and liability are set out in the written quote you receive before any work begins.
